Equipped with professional tools and software, the lab makes it possible for you to explore a wide range of digital projects, whether that’s recording a podcast, editing a video, designing graphics, scanning and restoring photos, creating posters, or experimenting with music production.

Why Did We Create the Digital Lab?

We developed the Digital Lab to provide access to technology and tools that you may not need every day, but that can make a big difference in the success of their projects.

By offering resources such as MacBooks, iPads, scanners, and more, the lab gives our community the opportunity to explore digital media, complete creative projects, and gain hands-on experience with equipment that might otherwise be out of reach.

Our goal is to empower patrons with the tools they need to learn, create, and bring their ideas to life.

Funding for the Digital Lab

Making the Lab Possible

The creation of the Digital Lab at Lincoln Township Public Library was made possible through the generous support of the Berrien Community Foundation For Good Grant.

This grant fully funded the lab, providing our community with access to cutting-edge tools for audio and video production, digital creativity, and technology learning.

We are deeply grateful to the Berrien Community Foundation for investing in innovation and helping us offer this amazing space where patrons of all ages can explore, create, and learn.

Transforming the Space

Thank you to the Michigan Arts & Culture Council (MACC) for helping fund the construction of the Digital Lab.

What was once a bathroom, then a janitor’s closet, has now been completely transformed into a modern space for digital creativity. The grant we received from MACC made this physical renovation possible, allowing us to bring new opportunities to an unexpected corner of the library.

For questions please contact the library at 269-429-9575.
