Mails high-quality books to children from birth to age five, regardless of family income.
Brought to our region by the United Way of Southwest Michigan any child living in Berrien County can register to receive a new book by mail once a month from birth until their fifth birthday – completely free of charge!
Since 2009, over 7,000 Southwest Michigan kids have gotten a book in their hands each month. Sign your child up today and inspire a lifelong love of reading!
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is not currently available in our area, but efforts are underway to change that! In March 2024, UWSM launched a fundraising campaign to restart the program in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties once sufficient funding is secured.
