Lace Up for Libraries 5K
The Lincoln Township Public Library launched its annual “Lace Up for Libraries 5K” in 2024 to support vital library services and programs. This exciting event is organized through the Lincoln Township Library Foundation to help enhance community resources.
Join us for a fun-filled 5K run that brings the community together! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, your participation helps raise essential funds to enhance library services and programs that benefit everyone.
All proceeds from the race, along with monetary donations, go directly to the LTL Foundation. These funds are then reinvested into the library to support special projects, engaging programs, and a variety of services for the community.
Come together with friends, family, and neighbors—let’s make a difference one step at a time!
Volunteer for the 5K 2025
Want to support the event but not interested in running? We’d love your help! We’re looking for volunteers to:
- Hand out water to runners
- Direct racers at mile markers and turns
- Assist at the finish line and more!
If you’re interested in getting involved, join us for a volunteer meeting on March 27th at 7 PM to sign up and learn more. Your support helps make this event a success—thank you for being part of our community!

Sponsors who donate $100-249—will be recognized on our marketing materials and listed on our website.
